FAC 101: The world of sync

Join us and Mary Davonport, A&R & Catalogue Manager at Ninja Tune/Just Isn't Music, for a Q&A session to find out how you can enter the world of sync.

Mary has been working at Ninja Tune/ Just Isn’t Music for coming up 7 years. She works across various aspects of the company but is primarily focused on A&R for both the publishing and recording rosters (finding and signing new talent, sourcing co-writes, providing musical feedback, managing roster relationships). Her signings include Barry Can’t Swim, Glass Beams, FLOHIO, Gavin Turek and more. As well as this, she manages the general catalogue, and oversees all stages of the sync pipeline with the sync and copyright teams.
